Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer support through various channels (phone, email, live chat) by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving their issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and support processes.
Escalation Management: When necessary, escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors, ensuring timely resolution.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
Process Adherence: Follow established customer support processes and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Customer Engagement: Build positive relationships with customers by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresher or recent graduate with an interest in customer support and service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
- Basic problem-solving ability and a keen willingness to learn.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
