Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
- Follow process workflows and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets for call quality, productivity, and resolution.
- Education: Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome! ).
- Not Eligible: Tech, MTech, MCA, BCA, MBA, HM, or any other specialized technical stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work on night shifts (US process).
