Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves handling customer queries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to assist customers effectively.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve customer experience.

Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
