Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our support team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Problem Resolution: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to customer service processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while dealing with customers.

Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of empathy and customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
