  • A Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with a company's customers.
  • This role involves providing excellent customer service, clearing customer traffic, proper customer handling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers, redirecting their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support experiences through efficient and effective interactions.
  • Act as a conduit between customer and company for any issue resolution

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, WhatsApp, email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints by conveying customer problems to technical support team.
  • Act as a bridge of communication between technical support team and customers.
  • Conveying customer queries to technical team and conveying back to the customer after the problem is handled.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are met Requirement
  • Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Building rapport and relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improving customer service.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by the company
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate with knowledge of hosting industry.
  • Look for both Fresher's & Experience.
  • Prior experience in customer support in Information Technology or other field preferably in IT services, computer hardware and telecommunication.
  • Graduates in any stream with no backlogs.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil.
  • Should have good verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate's prime role will be assisting the customers through calls.
  • Required immediate joiners and somebody in Pondicherry or can relocate.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Maintain awareness of latest technologies.
  • Effective analytical and Strong problem-solving skills
