• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using internal tools.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Assist in post-sale engagement such as feedback collection, review follow-ups, and VIP customer care.
• Help with managing queries during sales events, product launches, and exhibitions.
