Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this post-sales role, you will be responsible for managing the success and engagement of our clients throughout their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and renewal. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize the value of our Training Management Solution (TMS) and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

It digitizes and automates all processes across the logistics value chain from vehicle sourcing to freight accounting, ensuring stakeholder collaboration, real-time visibility & transparency. Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this post-sales role, you will be responsible for managing the success and engagement of our clients throughout their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and renewal. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize the value of our Training Management Solution (TMS) and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong, long-lasting relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Own the post-sale customer journey from onboarding through to deployment and ongoing support to ensure learners and clients derive maximum value.
- Monitor client usage and success metrics, ensuring high levels of engagement and proactively addressing risks to retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and introducing additional solutions, generating incremental revenue.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Sales, Support, Content, etc.) to deliver seamless and consistent service.
- Be open and available to travel for face-to-face meetings, training sessions, or key account reviews when required.
- Use Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.
- 25 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for client communication and reporting.
- Prior experience working with or selling Transport Management Systems (TMS) or similar SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously with a client-first approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
