Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Agra

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Resolve queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of our Specimen programme.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance teachers’ satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Keep records of teacher’s interactions, process teacher’s accounts, and file documents.
• Handle teacher’s complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  
  

Skills Needed:-

• Fresher candidates are welcome.
• Solid never give up and positive attitude.
• Good English communication.
• Good technical skills (should know how to use Excel, CRM tools, etc).
