• Respond to inquiries from potential students and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide information on study abroad programs, application requirements, and visa processes.
• Assist in organizing and conducting informational webinar for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and program details.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless application process for students.
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that students may have during their application process.
• Continuously seek feedback from students to improve the overall customer experience.
