Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, offering solutions, and following up as necessary.
- Record details of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and achieve performance targets.
- Adhere to performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and call resolution time.
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or call center roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, as required.
