Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails or chats
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Meet KPIs such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional issue resolution

Requirements

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Qualifications

SSC + 1 yr exp in international BPO

HSC + 6 months exp in international BPO

Graduate Freshers are Welcome
