Position Overview

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our team in Kanpur. This is a full-time, work-from-office role exclusively for female candidates. Freshers are encouraged to apply, provided they have completed their graduation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with queries and provide solutions to ensure a smooth experience on our platform.
  • Manage client relationships, offering guidance and support throughout the matchmaking process.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle client accounts, updates, and data management with attention to detail.
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our services, policies, and client engagement techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Customer-Oriented: A positive and professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address client issues with patience and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online platforms.
