Must Have
- Excellent communication in English.
- Understanding about outbound sales and thought process should be clear for working with company/ customer service
- Why want to join Lombard / Call center.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Telesales role, ideally within the Private Banking industry.
- You have working knowledge of voice, Customer service, Voice process, Telesales, Telecalling, team, Team management, Team lead and customer support representative
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
