- Ensure a great customer experience by proactively reducing customer paint points
- Create efficient customer care processes and identify scope for improvement in customer experience
- Work with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain updated knowledge of Supervek product offerings, features and policies
- Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer experience
- Maintain proper documentation of customer queries and resolutions
- Handle inbound phone, web and social queries
- Assist operations and marketing teams with ad hoc projects and activities
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Handling Customer ticketing platforms like Zendesk/ZohoDesk
- Self Starter who can take ownership of the customer experience
- Proficiency in MS office Suite
- Team Player who can work in a fast paced environment
- High energy start-up culture
