Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Customer Care Advocate, you are passionate about customer service and resolving issues to deliver a great customer experience every time! You are excited about working in a environment, where no two days are the same, embracing change and thriving on the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers. You will manage the facilitation of contract requests, allowing Rockwell Automation to meet the urgent demands of our global customers. Additionally, you will be focused on identifying process improvement opportunities and helping bring those opportunities to implementation.

You will report to the Customer Care TechConnect EMEA Supervisor and have a hybrid schedule working in Noida or Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create new quotes and renewal quotes
  • Prepare technical support contracts “TechConnect” observing customers' needs
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Enter and verify customer orders and contracts
  • Manage service tickets
  • Maintain customers' software database
  • Assure the accuracy of data
  • Communicate with partners
  • Report continuous improvement opportunities
  • Participate in projects

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • Minimum 4-6 Years of experience.
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Customer-focused providing the best customer service
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focused mindset
  • Proficient in Time management
  • Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels in Fast-paced and demanding work settings
  • Solution-oriented and problem solving approach
  • Team player demonstrate ethical and positive behaviour
  • Work with different types of customer profiles, adapt to different level of audience when communicating whilst working with multiple departments in a multicultural organisation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with Order to Cash (O2C) processes
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Previous Shared Service Centre experience
  • Willingness to collaborate with team and provide feedback
