We’re Hiring: CRM Sales Executive – Inbound Leads | Mingrow CRM
Location: Integral University, A Block, 3rd Floor, Lucknow
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Salary: ₹8,000/month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives per sale
Openings: 4 Positions
Role: Call, consult & convert interested leads (no cold calling)
What You’ll Do:- Speak to pre-qualified leads from our Meta Ad Campaigns
- Understand their CRM needs and answer product queries
- Provide demos when needed and guide them to payment
- Maintain lead status, follow-ups & track conversions
- Minimum 1 year of sales or telecalling experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp & Razorpay
- Goal-oriented and committed to sales growth
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
- Do you have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales?
- Can you work from our office at Integral University?
- Are you comfortable with a fixed salary of ₹8,000 + incentives?
