CRM Associate- Retention Marketing (1yr contract)

Responsibilities:
· Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Assist in developing a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with overall business goals.
· Implement effective customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and engagement efforts.
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase customer retention, upsells, and cross-sells.
· Customer Lifecycle Management: Monitor and enhance the entire customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improved engagement.
· Data Analysis and Insights: Regularly analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and recommend improvements in CRM (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) strategies.
· Loyalty Program Management: Contribute to the design and management of customer loyalty programs, driving increased customer participation and engagement.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.
· Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on CRM campaign performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 1-2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or related roles, preferably in D2C/Ecommerce sector.
· Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Moengage, Webengage, etc.).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Demonstrated track record of successful campaign management and customer engagement initiatives.
