Position – Crew Experience Executive - (Chat Process)
Location- Remote Language- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi (Must)
Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned bus routes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets customer expectations. This role focuses on managing buses and crews, minimizing delays, and enhancing the overall customer journey to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience:
○ Ensure a seamless and enjoyable journey for all passengers.
○ Address and resolve crew complaints and issues shared by the customer experience team promptly.
2. Bus Management:
○ Oversee the scheduling and maintenance of buses to ensure reliability and safety.
○ Availability and assignment coordination for the buses.
3. Delay Control:
○ Monitor bus routes and schedules to identify and mitigate delays, including first point, midway delays and end trip delays.
○ Implement strategies to minimize delays and improve on-time performance.
○ Analyze delay reports and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Crew Management:
○ Manage and supervise the crew, including drivers and support staff.
○ Availability and assignment coordination for the buses.
5. Operational Efficiency:
○ Optimize route planning and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency. ○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
○ Implement best practices to improve overall route management processes.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
○ Prepare and present regular reports on route performance, accidents, breakdowns, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
○ Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
● Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
