ROLE: Branch Credit Manager

Primary Responsibility
✓ Responsible for underwriting secured loan against property proposals.
✓ Follow the laid down credit policies & procedures.
✓ Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness.
✓ Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits.
✓ Training of credit policy to the sales team.
✓ Assess income to obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan
performance during the loan tenure.
✓ Supervise Credit Processing Associates and provide guidance
✓ Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure SLAs are met.
✓ Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards.
✓ Ability to follow deviation matrix and foster in decision making.
Qualifications
✓ Min 3 years of work exp in Credit Appraisal, Credit underwriting for LAP.
