About The Team

The Creative Production Studio is a community which delivers all of our clients creative production requirements to the highest of standards, formed by a multicultural team of creative production experts which deliver marketing assets across the globe.

Purpose of the role

  • Vision: The Creative Artworker produces the deliverables of Creative Production projects, to ensure the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide’s clients.
  • Mission: To deliver the Creative Production proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients, delivering both the best quality and price for our clients´ needs.
  • Approach: To establish excellence in production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.

The Creative Artworker will be responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for global brands, from straightforward design, to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.

Therefore, the Creative Artwoker will manage a range of production projects, which includes the following tasks:

  • Create, prepare, and edit digital and print-ready artwork across a range of media.
  • Ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.
  • Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.
  • Produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.
  • Understand and apply color management principles in daily tasks.
  • Use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork, and production challenges.
  • Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.
  • Understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.
  • Provide the business with the best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Take responsibility for continuous personal development and learning, helping to identify objectives and opportunities for skill development.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience And Exposure

  • 3+ years of experience working as a design and production-focused artworker on the client side or agencies.
  • In-depth expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Illustrator and InDesign).
  • A full understanding of how InDesign native pre-flight works.
  • A full understanding of stylesheeting within InDesign such as how to create and adapt stylesheets, split and span works within a single text bos, keep all text, styles, and spacing consistent in size and style.
  • An understanding of GREP would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of color management.
  • Extensive experience in accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in US English.

Role Requirements

  • Whilst the you have your contracted hour, Mon – Fri, the project-based nature of the role requires that some days you will have to work outside of these hours and you will recover that time in other moments
  • You will be to following the US time zone and office bank holiday calendar and working India bank holidays.
