Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Vadodara. The Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, personal coaching, and psychotherapy to clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one sessions, administering psychometric tests, developing individualized action plans, and facilitating mental health programs. The Counselor will work closely with clients to support their personal and professional development.

Qualifications
- Experience in Career Counseling and administering Psychometric Testing
- Skills in Personal Coaching and Psychotherapy
- Excellent Communication and Active Listening skills
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working in educational institutions or corporate settings is a plus
