Corporate Trainer in Madurai (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for diverse audiences, including students, interns, faculty members, industry professionals, and corporate employees.
• Travel to various client locations—colleges, universities, corporate offices, and industrial training centers—to conduct in-person training sessions and workshops.
  
  

Customize AI training content based on the specific needs, skill levels, and backgrounds of different learner groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Coordinate with academic and corporate stakeholders to schedule and plan training programs aligned with organizational or institutional goals.
  
  

Continuously upgrade and refine training material to reflect the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Facilitate interactive and practical learning experiences through real-world case studies, project-based learning, coding labs, and live demonstrations.
• Mentor and support participants during and after sessions, helping them apply AI concepts to academic, research, or industry-specific problems.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback forms, tests, and learner engagement analytics, and make improvements accordingly.
• Conduct faculty development programs and train-the-trainer workshops to empower educators with AI knowledge and teaching techniques.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of training activities, learner progress, feedback reports, and session evaluations.
