Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated via marketing channels (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, and pricing
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-up
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Maintain records of interactions, lead status, and updates in CRM
• Do follow-ups and nurturing of the leads properly
