We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales executive with experience in the paint industry to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, and strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

- Promote and sell decorative, industrial, or protective paint products in the assigned territory
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, painters, and project clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and volume growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits and applications
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Collect market feedback and coordinate with marketing and technical teams
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding controls
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily visit plans
