You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.
Your Role
You will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.

Your Skills And Experiences
Minimum work experience of 10 years in freight forwarding industry.
Strong experience of Stakeholder Management including Customer, Logistics Supplier, & Team.
Good Communication skills.
IT proficiency.

Your Role

- To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
- To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer
- To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
- To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaborating
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous
- To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
- To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training
Your Skills And Experiences
