Key Responsibilities

• Write creative, engaging, and clear scripts for YouTube videos (both long-form and short-form content)
• Develop compelling narratives that align with the brand voice and engage the audience
• Create catchy, attention-grabbing titles, descriptions, and video tags that align with the video content and target audience
• Optimize scripts with relevant keywords to ensure video discoverability
• Review scripts for clarity, grammar, style, and consistency. Ensure they are error-free and meet the highest quality standards
• Work with the content team to understand channel goals, target demographics, and current trends. Use this information to guide script creation
• Develop content that encourages interaction, comment discussions, and engagement from the audience
• Monitor key metrics, including CTR, average view duration, engagement rate, views, and subscriber growth
• Stay up to date with the latest YouTube trends, viral topics, and best practices for content creation
