What You’ll Do
- Own and execute our content calendar, blogs, landing pages, case studies, email copy, product marketing content, and more.
- Write SEO-optimized articles that actually rank and bring in the right traffic.
- Turn complex hiring and HR concepts into clear, helpful, and engaging content.
- Work closely with the SEO and product teams to align content with user intent and business goals.
- Craft messaging that positions Recooty as the go-to AI-first ATS for SMBs.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on data and feedback.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in B2B or SaaS content writing.
- Understand SEO but know content is more than just keywords.
- Are comfortable writing across formats, from long-form articles to crisp microcopy.
- Can turn briefs into a beautiful, brand-aligned copy that converts.
- Are curious, collaborative, and always looking to improve.
- Bonus: Familiarity with hiring/recruiting/HR tech or AI tools.
- Mission-first team: Help reshape hiring for the businesses that need it most.
