Content Program Manager

As a Content Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving content strategy and execution across various programs. This includes leading content planning, developing learning materials, and executing testing strategies. You will also manage the creation of our skill matrix, conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, and help build and manage communities for our content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive content strategies to enhance learning outcomes, drive engagement, and meet business goals.
• Creation of Tests & Learning Materials: Oversee the creation of assessments, quizzes, exercises, and learning materials that align with content goals and enhance learner experience.
• Skill Matrix Creation & Testing: Work closely with the team to create and refine a 'skill matrix' for learners and drive the testing process for its effectiveness.
• Competition Analysis: Conduct regular research on competitor content strategies, analyzing best practices to ensure we remain competitive and ahead of industry trends.
• SME Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance content quality, ensuring they are aligned with program goals.
• Community Building: Develop and nurture learning communities, encouraging collaboration and engagement among learners and experts.
• Content Operations & Analytics: Optimize content workflows, monitor performance metrics, and analyze content success to drive continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in consulting, program management, content operations, or similar roles within the EdTech or related sectors.
• Strong interest in learning technologies and EdTech products.
• Proven track record in content strategy, operations, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
