Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Content Evaluation Specialist and harness your expertise in psychology, criminology, or behavioural science to shape safer and more effective AI technologies. In this dynamic, remote role, you will contribute directly to a cutting-edge research initiative by evaluating AI-generated conversations for quality, sensitivity, and alignment with behavioral guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and critically assess AI-generated responses for clarity, appropriateness, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Conduct both scripted and exploratory tests to thoroughly evaluate model behavior and reliability.
- Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency and attention to detail.
- Document all observations and findings with precision, ensuring transparency in evaluation reports.
- Objectively review sensitive or emotionally charged content while maintaining professional neutrality.
- Participate in regular calibration and feedback sessions to uphold evaluation consistency across the team.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize evaluation methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Criminology, Counselling, Mental Health, or a related field.
- Exceptional understanding of human behavior, motivation, and emotional cues.
- Strong analytical judgment and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proven ability to objectively assess risk, vulnerability, and sensitivity within digital content.
- High degree of emotional regulation, especially when handling challenging subject matter.
- Ability to remain impartial and focused on structured assessment criteria.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in content evaluation, moderation, or risk assessment roles.
- Familiarity with AI, digital communication, or behavioral assessment tools.
- Knowledge of content safety, online harm prevention, or related ethical frameworks.
