Job Summary


Join our customer's team as a Content Evaluation Specialist (Law/ Human Rights) and play a pivotal role in supporting an innovative research initiative centered on evaluating AI-generated content. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about legal analysis, ethical reasoning, and the advancement of responsible AI. As a specialist, you will ensure quality and compliance across complex or nuanced legal and human rights contexts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Review and assess AI-generated content for clarity, legal policy alignment, and strict adherence to established guidelines.
  • Run both scripted and exploratory prompts to evaluate model performance in real-time scenarios.
  • Apply structured labeling frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.
  • Document observations and findings in a clear, objective, and organized manner.
  • Remain impartial and analytical when reviewing sensitive or legally complex material.
  • Engage in regular calibration sessions to uphold consistent evaluation standards across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to refine evaluation processes and criteria.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Law, Legal Studies, Human Rights, or a related discipline.
  • Strong objectivity and advanced ethical reasoning in evaluating complex scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing nuanced or ambiguous language, especially in legal or human rights contexts.
  • Excellent English comprehension and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to analytical accuracy.
  • Proven ability to interpret and assess sensitive or challenging content with neutrality.
  • Comfort working on-site within a collaborative, diverse team environment in Delhi.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in content evaluation, legal research, or human rights analysis.
  • Familiarity with policy assessment or AI language models is a plus.
  • Passion for contributing to AI development in an ethical, socially responsible manner.
