Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Marketing Associate. The role is located in Lucknow, with some work from home acceptable. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, communicating with clients, managing sales, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing project management tasks. They will coordinate campaigns and analyze market trends to support business growth and student engagement.

Job Details:

Compensation: 2LP Fixed+50k Variables, equity/esop for long term association

Type & Location: Fulltime from office in Lucknow
