We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in creating engaging, platform-specific content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in creating engaging, platform-specific content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content across formats: social media posts, reels, videos, infographics, and more
- Develop ideas and scripts for short-form videos and coordinate basic production
- Stay updated with digital trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms (especially Instagram & YouTube)
- Write captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand tone and messaging
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery and posting
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- 13 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media marketing
- Strong command of visual storytelling and digital content trends
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar
- Basic video editing or reel-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
