Fluencity is seeking creative, digitally-native interns to lead our social media content and help us go viral! You'll plan, create, and edit Instagram Reels, posts, and stories, run campaigns, and help us build a standout social presence.

- Plan and ideate engaging Reels, posts, and social media stories.
- Design, edit, and publish content using CapCut, Canva, Instagram, or TikTok tools.
- Track trends and pitch fresh content ideas to boost reach.
- Help manage the content calendar and report on performance.
- Collaborate with founders on ad creatives and campaigns.
- Students/fresh graduates/Gen Z with a passion for content and digital media.
- Proficient with content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc. ).
- Strong command of Instagram, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
- Creative thinker and trend-spotter; meme and copywriting skills a plus.
- Self-driven and proactive with ideas.
- Portfolio, reel, or sample posts preferred.
- Experience running your own or community pages is a plus.
