Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling & Posting
  
  

Assist in scheduling and publishing posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

Ensure timely posting as per the content calendar.

• Content Creation Support
  
  

Write engaging captions and help generate post ideas aligned with brand tone and goals.

Collaborate with designers to prepare visual assets (images, carousels, reels, etc.).

• Trend Research & Ideation
  
  

Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices.

Suggest creative formats, challenges, or content angles relevant to our brand/audience.

• Community Management
  
  

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.

Flag relevant feedback or engagement to the team.

• Analytics & Reporting
  
  

Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).

Help prepare simple weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions.

• Campaign Support
  
  

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns (giveaways, product launches, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams for content approvals and deadlines.

• Platform Optimization
  
  

Keep bio descriptions, highlights, and profile info up to date.

Ensure each platform is being used effectively according to its strengths.

• Learning & Growth
  
  

Participate in team brainstorms, feedback sessions, and skill-building workshops.
