- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals
- Publish content regularly across all platforms as per the schedule
- Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all social communication
- Grow and engage the brand’s online community by interacting with followers, influencers, and potential audiences
- Organize and manage interactive campaigns such as contests, polls, and live sessions
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features
- Monitor competitor activities and content strategies
- Propose new content ideas and formats like reels, carousels, and memes based on trend insights
