Man Matters is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss, beard growth, fitness and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.

Be Body Wise is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition.

Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

This role will be a remote role and will be part of a new brand and entity that Mosaic is launching.

The Role You're a Great Choice If You

• Have a great understanding of what makes a brand and can demonstrate qualitative knowledge on brand-building.
• Have a functional working knowledge of how aesthetic and design can build great brands.
• Understand social media and how fast trends move: knowledge of Instagram Social is required. Knowledge of TikTok Social is a plus.
• Can deliver high-quality creative output and can think horizontally across various brand verticals like social media, performance marketing, long and short form content, brand research, and ideation.
• Can work with influencers based across timezones to deliver high-quality content.
• Can work with many stakeholders and take accountability for the outcome of your work.

The Responsibilities what you'll own up front: Research, Ideation & Brand

• Youll report into the business head and will ideate on all media content on Direct to Consumer Vertical.
• You'll contribute to the overall brand strategy & growth of the organization with continued research into brand design, aesthetic, layout, and narratives.
  
  

Scripting & Content

• Youll write, edit, and create content and liaise with influencer marketing & creative agencies to get the output in place.
• Youll strategize on all briefs for videos and statics and work closely with video editors and designers to get the output you require.
  
  

Influencer Relations

• Youll take charge of quality control on influencer content and work closely with influencers to get your desired output in place.
  
  

New Product Development

• You'll contribute to the new product development pipeline with your research on what to launch and when.
  
  

Performance Marketing

• Own research on winning narratives that create a compelling ad strategy.
• Use data-driven insights to double down on working narratives and create a comprehensive marketing strategy.
