Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, data modeling, and a solid understanding of database technologies.processes.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions (dashboards, reports, scorecards) using tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity in BI reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize data models to support efficient report generation and analysis.
• Provide technical support and training to business users for effective use of BI tools.
• Monitor BI systems performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in BI and data analytics.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau is highly preferrable
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.) will be added value
• Certifications in Tableau, PowerBI will be added value
