- C onduct and coordinate all track work as per the set-up Programme of theproject.
- Assign daily tasks to the Subcontractor work men and improve theproductivity.
- Coordinatewith Client/GC representativesforanysiteinstructionsandinspectionof works.
- Submit daily progress reports, request for inspections, installation, T &C records, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports as required by the project to the ProjectManager.
- Providing technical support to all track related activities upto Final Parameter atsite.
- Draw the required resources as per the approved monthly/ weeklyplans.
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
