Responsibilities
- Setup, enrollment, and maintenance of EDI clearinghouse integrations for multiple EHR and RCMS service customers.
- Collaborate with the Configuration team and Account Managers to manage initial access, enrollment, mapping, and transition of EDI connections.
- Handle routine problems of minimal scope, applying judgment within defined procedures.
- Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis, investigation, and problem resolution.
- Work under guidance with instructions for day-to-day tasks and general directions for new assignments.
- Coordinate with team members on configuration updates and process improvements.
- Support RCMS EDI enrollment and configuration activities across multiple EHR platforms and clearinghouses.
- Resolve client inquiries with ownership through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for closing QCC Salesforce tickets within defined TAT, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with process standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Experience with EHR applications, preferably in medical billing or behavioral healthcare billing.
- Basic understanding of at least one Qualifacts software platform.
- Foundational knowledge of clearinghouse EDI relationships and workflows.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with EHR application implementation principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of software functionalities related to billing and configuration.
- Ability to integrate knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management systems with billing practices to effectively plan and execute configuration updates.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
