Company Secretary (CS) Internship in Navi Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Draft and file legal documents related to company formation and compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Conduct research on Companies Law and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update corporate records and documentation.
• Participate in board meetings and support the board of directors.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of corporate governance.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required to support the company secretary.
