We are seeking a dynamic community assistant manager for Biggbang Coworking. The role involves supporting daily operations, engaging with members, coordinating events, and building a welcoming coworking community. You will work closely with the Coworking Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient workspace for all members.

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement: Build relationships with members, assist in onboarding, and ensure an excellent experience.
• Operations assisatence: Assist with daily operations, handle member queries, and maintain a clean, functional space.
• Event coordination: Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Sales & marketing assistance: Assist with member tours, follow up on leads, and promote coworking on social media.
• Staff coordination: Help manage housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
