Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of project financials in SAP in compliance to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP.
  • Monitor and control project costs, revenues, and profitability.
  • Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with financial insights and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize project cash flow, including forecasting and planning.
  • Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding debtors to ensure timely collections.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance requirements, including EXIM and site-specific regulations.
  • Support audits and internal reviews with complete and accurate documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with Project Managers in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customer commercial teams to resolve financial and contractual issues.
  • Support contract setup, claim management, and risk/opportunity evaluation.
  • Assist in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors and partners.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with experience in commercial project management or project controlling (~8 Years), preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, project accounting, and performance controlling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Certification in project management from recognized institutes would be an added advantage
