Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Commerce Faculty who can teach Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics. The role requires strong subject expertise, engaging teaching methods, and the ability to mentor students for academic and competitive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures (offline/online) in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics.
- Prepare study material, assignments, and practice questions aligned with curriculum and exams.
- Conduct interactive classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and periodic assessments.
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic and content teams to create innovative learning resources.
- Stay updated with changing exam patterns, board requirements, and industry trends.
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in commerce, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Strong subject command across Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics.
- Prior teaching experience in schools/coaching/online platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital teaching tools (LMS, PPTs, online classrooms).
