About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire a Collection Head - West for a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) which provides loans to Micro Enterprise, SMEs, Consumption, and Education Loan.

To have a robust collection team in the West.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Should have worked in Large MFI or SFB
- Should have handled large field force of Collections.
- Ideally should have handled recoveries too.
- Proficient in MS Excel or other data tools.
- Lead the collections setup & execute collection strategies.
- Implement technology-enabled collection practices and new-age solutions.
- Strong leadership & Team management ability & should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A Post graduate degree
- Leadership experience including the ability to set direction, manage and motivate people, and work collaboratively with other teams.
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Microfinance and SFB
