Job experience è 5 TO 8 Year
Languages skills è English / Hindi / Marathi.
Must have deep technical knowledge about Tool Shop resources e.g.-CAD/CAM, CNC Machine, Tool and Die making, etc.
Types of tools and technic used for manufacturing Tool.
Must have good exposure in Tool Manufacturing process planning and execution.
Must be in-line with latest Tool methodology for building Tools.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily Tool-Room plan Vs Actual as per scheduled by tool planner.
- Handle all type of CNC / VMC and conventional machines.
- Better communication with reliver at the end of shift.
- Preventive maintenance of tool room machine.
- Maintain / monitoring inventory of cutting tools and data of tooling consumption against productivity.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and house keeping as per 5s.
- Achieve Tool Shop KPI e.g.- On-Time Tool Delivery, Manufacturing Tool First Time Right
