To manage store look in the Cluster by adhering to VM guidelines and Mockshop
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage and allocate regional VM budgets
- Develop BOQ and keep track and manage VM asset for the zone
- VM to result in Increase in conversions and average ticket value
- Develop Vendor Base within specified financial norms
- Manage Vendor relationships
- Train and develop VM resources in the zone
- Have a complete understanding of regional festivals and flavor and initiate/Adapt VM in the stores accordingly.
- Identify VM initiatives for slow moving/ excess stock
- Liaise with HO Store Operations and Visual Merchandising team
- Adhere to VM guidelines and Mockshop
- Effective use and maintenance of VM equipment and display aids and in store communications/graphics
- Closure of layouts with change in season
- Execute major campaigns conceived at the HO
- Conceptualize independent initiatives relevant to customer needs
- Identify and groom potential VM specialists in the store
- Keep abreast of trends in Visual Merchandising
