As a Cluster Lead-First Wealth, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Smart Bankers in the Sales department of our Retail Banking division. You will be based in our Thane, Maharashtra branch and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth in the assigned cluster
- Lead and motivate a team of Smart Bankers to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and customer service delivery
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
