We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead multiple centres within a region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and student success.
Role Overview
This is a leadership role where Cluster Head will be the P & L owner for his region . He / She will be responsible for managing the business and operational performance of a group of centres. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for education to ensure centres achieve revenue, enrollment, and student satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Business Growth & Revenue
○ Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.
○ Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.
● Operations & Service Quality
○ Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.
○ Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantu’s brand promise.
● Team Leadership
○ Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.
○ Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.
● Market Expansion & Local Engagement
○ Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.
○ Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.
● Marketing & Outreach
○ Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.
● Performance Management
○ Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.
○ Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.
● Compliance & Process Adherence
○ Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
● 8–12 years of experience in business operations, sales, or centre management (experience in Education/EdTech )
● Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
● Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).
