- Business Planning and Strategy
- Provide inputs to the central team for creating the annual operating plan, based on past performance trends and market potential of the Cluster.
- Cascade and align the business plans of the channel and ensure effective implementation of the same.
- Formulate the sales strategies for sustainable and profitable growth of the channel in the Cluster, by managing topline and bottom line.
- Strategize manpower for the Cluster by recruiting from general Insurance experience and based on business volumes to be achieved.
- Sales Governance- Monthly calendar of daily visits with RM along with activities
- Agent Management
- Analyze performance of all agents and formulate strategies for activization and maximization of revenue generated by each intermediary.
- Manage agent relations and coordinate internally with various functions like operations, IT etc. to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.
- Engage with the agents on a regular basis to resolve their queries or challenges and also to ensure they are aware of the commission payout structure.
- Provide inputs to the central team for agent campaigns/schemes and drive the same at the cluster level.
- Organize regular trainings for the agents and team on products and the B-Care application so that they can have informed discussions while pitching the BAGIC products to their clients.
- Oversee branding materials sent by the central team are displayed at the business establishments of all on-boarded agents
- Digitization
- Persuade the agents for external policy issuance by encouraging them to use B-Care application and other digital sales tools
- Oversee that all agents have customized QR codes and latest version of the B-Care application.
- Team Development
- Establish individual performance expectations and daily review performance of the team in morning calls
