This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Deploy AI-driven monitoring services to proactively identify, forecast, and resolve issues before they impact business operations.
- Oversee the management of CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AI automation to boost deployment speed and reduce manual involvement.
- Spending your time on manual monitoring, troubleshooting, or system maintenance—AI will be your ally in these tasks.
- Ensure seamless scalability and performance optimization for AI-driven cloud services, maintaining 99.99% uptime while delivering AI-enhanced software updates and custom solutions to meet client needs.
- AI-First Approach (If your first instinct is to write code and then apply AI tools, rather than leveraging AI first, this role may not be for you.)
- 2+ years in DevOps, focusing on CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure management.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP.
- Skillful in AI and machine learning tools for monitoring, automation, and predictive insights (or an eagerness to learn and embrace AI technologies).
- Proficient in programming and scripting, with a background in automating tasks and developing AI-driven processes.
